ACU Refurbishment, Fitroy

The Australian Catholic University (ACU) underwent a refurbishment to accommodate the increasingly busy student activity of the inner city campus.

One of the major additions during this four-stage refurbishment was the new six-storey external staircase. Encases in a glass façade with a unique metal balustrade flowing down the six stories, it is a site for students and pedestrians passing through the Fitzroy area.
